We would like to thank you for allowing Pro Builders Express the opportunity to build your next project.

 We have included a simple outline that we will follow during the  building of your project.

 To start, Pro Builders Express will send a construction designer to measure your project and will usually have the plans ready for plan check in 2 to 3 weeks excluding any engineering calculations.  Your project representative will then review your plans with you before they are submitted  for building plan check approval.  A shopping list of fixtures and finish material will be given to you from the nearest Home Depot or Lowes for your approval. All special order items must be ready at this time.                   

Once the plans have been approved by the building department, usually within 2 to 4 weeks,  we will proceed to obtain permits.  A pre-job walk walk will then be scheduled with you,  the project representative,  the project foreman and the project supervisor,  to review the specifications and blue prints for accuracy and to answer any questions before the start of the project.  A customer copy of the blue prints will be given to you at that time.

Before Pro Builders Express can start, the project you will need to approve the shopping list of fixtures from Home Depot or lowes .  The project will usually start within 1 to 2 weeks from this time.

A project schedule will be given to you at the time we start the project.  You may access a weekly updated status report of your project on our web site.

Our goal at Pro Builders Express is to limit the amount of inconveniences the homeowner experiences during the project.  We accomplish this by building from the outside in.  No exterior walls will be torn down until the new addition is built,  secured, and waterproofed.
